House Rules

To ensure a comfortable and smooth stay for you and future guests, please take a moment to review the following house rules and guidelines.

Smart Lock & Access

All apartments are equipped with smart locks. Please use only the provided access method (code or digital key).

  • Do not force, turn or manipulate the lock manually.
  • Do not use tools or attempt to override the system.
  • If you experience any issues, contact Loftigo immediately.

Damage caused by improper use may result in repair or replacement costs of up to €400.

Heating & Smart Thermostats

The apartments are equipped with Homematic IP smart thermostats to ensure efficient and comfortable temperature control.

  • Please do not remove or tamper with the thermostats.
  • Do not remove batteries or attempt to open the devices.
  • Use only the normal controls to adjust temperature.

In case of removal or damage, a service fee of €50 per thermostat may apply.

Furniture & Equipment

All furniture, décor, kitchen equipment and household items are part of the apartment and should remain there for the next guests.

  • Please do not remove or relocate furniture.
  • Kitchen items should remain complete and clean.
  • Report any damage or missing items promptly.

Cleanliness & Check-out

Professional cleaning is included, but we kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition.

  • Please dispose of trash properly.
  • Clean or load used dishes into the dishwasher.
  • Avoid excessive dirt or stains.

In cases of excessive cleaning effort, an additional cleaning fee of €250 may be charged.

No Smoking Policy

All apartments are strictly non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes and similar devices.

If a balcony or outdoor area is available, please use it responsibly and dispose of cigarette waste properly.

Smoking inside the apartment may result in a cleaning and deodorizing fee of €250.

Pets

Pets are only allowed if explicitly booked and confirmed in advance.

Unauthorized pets may result in an additional cleaning fee of €250.

Noise & Neighbors

Please respect neighbors and other residents at all times.

  • No parties or events are allowed.
  • Keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.
  • Quiet hours are typically from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Guests & Occupancy

The apartment may only be used by the number of guests specified in your booking.

  • No unauthorized overnight guests.
  • No subletting or sharing of access codes.
  • Please keep your access credentials confidential.

Safety

Please ensure windows and doors are closed when leaving the apartment.

  • No candles or open flames allowed.
  • Keep hallways and exits clear.
  • In case of emergency, contact local services first, then Loftigo.

Liability & Additional Costs

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. If additional cleaning, repair or replacement is required, the actual costs will be charged accordingly.
